Cancellation Policy
All Prices are subject to change upon visual consultation. We kindly request that appointments for services exceeding $100 be secured with a 25% deposit upon booking. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, this deposit becomes nonrefundable. We value your time and appreciate advance notice of any cancellations, kindly notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. To reschedule a cancelled service client can rebook as soon as there is availability. If they cancel 2 times in a row, they will need to call the stylist directly to book going forward.
